- When was the last time you had some “time out” for yourself?
- When was the last time you tried something new for the very first time?
- How are your close relationships going honestly?
- Do you know your best three strengths and top three weaknesses?
- From 1-10 how “stressed” would you say that you are?
- Are you sleeping and eating well?
- Would people say that you are a kind person?
- Are you happy in your job?
- What are you doing to improve your financial stability?
- Are you having some fun around the responsibilities?
- Do you spend enough quality time with your kids? Wife, husband, partner, nan, gran, pets, family etc?
- What hobbies are you enjoying right now?
- What book are you reading?
- How much time are you spending on screens? ( lets be honest now)
- What is needed to see me reach my goals for the future I want for myself or those around me?
- When was the last time you spent more than an hour in nature?
